As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and seasoned chef, she blends functional nourishment with her Mediterranean roots to create seasonal flavor forward cuisine that grounds and supports the body. Her extensive knowledge, creativity and passion guide the overall philosophy, recipes and wellness offerings at Sweet Being.
