Hi, I’m DANIT

I founded Sweet Being Wellness to offer a fresh take on the ancient wisdom of how to nourish our bodies. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and seasoned Yoga Instructor, I work one-on-one with clients to improve overall health, energy, and vitality while meeting individual goals. I take a deep dive into the personal connection we have with food to integrate new habits and make lifestyle choices that align with wellness goals. Simply put, self-inquiry work combined with clean, nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory foods that nourish and heal the body. The roadmap, the process, and accountability are where I step in to support lifestyle choices that bring tangible results;

one breath, step, bite at a time.

MY JOURNEY

I grew up in an agricultural community in Israel among orange orchards, olive groves, guavas, and prickly pears. It was a place of community, play, great food, and shared experiences- a place of sweet being. I met my future husband in Israel and we built our family together in the US. Through all of life's ups and downs, we had one another. And then one day he left - just like that- and I was suddenly on my own figuring out how to pick up the pieces of my life while trying to keep our family intact. Change can be brutal but also inevitable. I now know it to be an invitation, an opportunity for self-transformation. This personal journey brought me back into the kitchen in a very mindful way - first nourishing my body back to health and then sharing this gift with others.

Sweet Being Wellness is a tribute to my Mediterranean roots grounded by food memories as well as my personal journey. It is a platform for those who seek healthy living and a path to nourishing body and mind.
