NUTRITION COACHING

No two people are alike and our bio-individual needs differ greatly from one another. This is the cornerstone of Integrative Nutrition which focuses on the root causes of imbalance. Our environment, genetic predisposition, physiological and psychological factors all contribute to unease in the body. But we are all social creatures and for many of us real change happens in community.

I offer individual as well as group programs to support your journey so that you can achieve balance and harmony and live your life with lightness and ease.

SWEET BEGINNINGS - 6 weeks

The 6-week program (6 sessions) includes an initial wellness consultation, review of intake and lifestyle form, personalized wellness plan for nutrition, meal prep tips, mind and body connection work, and creation of an action plan. This program includes weekly coaching meetings to review progress making modifications along the way to ensure optimal body, mind and energy. Accountability and commitment are key to success and our meetings will help to ensure you meet your goals. This is a condensed program for those who want a taste of the benefits of integrative health and nutrition coaching. 

SWEET BEING - 12 weeks

The 12-week program includes everything from the 6-week program plus a deeper dive into your nutrition and lifestyle habits. We will be meeting weekly and examining eating patterns as well as limiting belief systems that can hinder optimal health. The 12-week includes a pantry purge and fridge clean out. We put together a shopping list and once all items are purchased we will meet at your home once more to organize your kitchen for success. This is a very empowering program that puts you in the drivers seat of your health. You will become an expert in knowing how to meal prep. With my guidance in nutrition and mind body techniques, you will learn how to attain and sustain a healthy body and mind.
